I love it....simple, but incredibly beautiful!

You just keep coming up with more and more things I love! You seem to have a very strong Japanese influence in your work, which lends it a spare elegance that I really admire. I have to agree with whoever said it that I'm not sure the green circles are the right accent here. They are a recurring motif in your work, which is fine, and I agree you need some kind of accent, but I think perhaps something else would be better here.

And I do read the comments, like all those other people. ^_^ Keep writing them!

I love the incorporation of the vector and microdiagonals. Nice mix.

I like that frame thing you do. Like looking through a thick chunk of glass.

Yws, trees are really beautiful. And this digital drawing gives a simlar feeling. I really like it.
elephantseed Featured By Owner Feb 4, 2004
I love your trees, and I think I've told you this before, but I kind of dislike those green blobs of bacteria. It seems as though you've added them out of habit.
Lovely scene though, trees caught in a sand store never looked better.

Wow. I can't spot anything about this image which doesn't look beatuiful induividually, and the composition of all the elements just makes this image stand out as amazing.

Other people have said they don't think the green circles fit, I tend to disagree, its the addition of these that makes the image unique.

How could this not be a +fav? :)
pinkfairylotus Featured By Owner Jan 24, 2004
This is really surreal, kinda reminds me of some flash work by my friend fam
This is really really cool.

I like the colors too.

Yes, yes we do.

Or, media nuts like myself do. :)

I love the trees--hand-drawn with the tablet? I'd love to see the brush you used with them.
netghost Featured By Owner Dec 27, 2003
With a tablet, the brush I tend to use is just one of the ones that comes with photoshop 5.5 in the natural brush pack. ;) No magic ;)
gnaime Featured By Owner Dec 23, 2003
Oh my, the tile work and the hand-drawn elements along with the shiny-crisp design work. It really is incredible. I give you mad respect and a :+fav: for this one, my friend.

evanjensen Featured By Owner Dec 21, 2003  Professional Traditional Artist
It's like a nice japanese painting, but those green things throw me all off.
blackice Featured By Owner Dec 21, 2003
you have excellent colour sense.
ashoka Featured By Owner Dec 21, 2003  Professional Interface Designer
Your grey and green circles look a little off on this piece, like they don't quite fully integrate with the background, but I dig them. They sort of look like little pixies or aliens dancing in a snowy sky.
inebriate Featured By Owner Dec 21, 2003
It has an ancient Oriental feel to it- the bare branches that don't look dead, but aren't alive.
guchi Featured By Owner Dec 21, 2003  Professional Digital Artist
thats amazing! you are just too good! you out-do yourself with every piece :)
